Charlene Lamb
FOUNDER and CEO

Charlene Lamb is a global communications professional and has held senior executive leadership roles in corporate communications, public and media relations, image and reputation management, crisis communications and branding. Her career is multi sectoral and she enjoys working across cultures. Her ethos is to be a strategic business partner to the organisations and business units she supports.

She is currently the director of a global communications agency based in Surrey and has worked in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and South Africa. She also enjoyed a stint of journalism to round off her communications skills. She believes in the power of storytelling through strategic communication campaigns and has used her skills effectively in internal and external corporate communications, corporate transformation, change management, corporate social responsibility, effective media relations and corporate training.

She holds a Communications and Psychology degree from the University of South Africa and has also studied Public Relations in South Africa and the United States. She has sat on various committees in her corporate career including Country Executive, Wellness, Corporate Social Investment and Operational Efficiencies.

Charlene is passionate about animals and is an avid supporter of the International Primate Rescue NGO. Environmental protection and sustainability resonate deeply with her.

She is a Trustee of a charity and a member of PRCA, the Public Relations and Communications Association. As a Chartered Public Relations professional, she is also a member of Women on Boards where she plans on sharing her experience with organisations. She enjoys mentoring and has worked with many candidates at various stages of their careers, including C-Suite.
