“Charlene Lamb is a Trustee of St Andrew’s Oxshott, and serves on the Parochial Church Council.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, the PCC commissioned Ms Lamb to conduct a communications audit within our local community and, to craft a communication strategy in support of our vision, reviewing and refreshing the way our organization communicates, both internally, and externally within the local community.
As an expert in corporate communications, crisis communications and stakeholder management, she worked on the project remotely during Covid-19 and continued throughout the pandemic, until project completion in the summer of 2022.
Interviewing a wide range of voices and opinions of influential community members (including former Deputy Prime Minister and local MP, Dominic Raab), she gathered the voices of the community to create an integrated, impactful, and innovative communications strategy that will ensure we draw closer to the community having gained a better understanding of the needs of our stakeholders.
Ms Lamb is a committed communications professional, is well versed in its principles and her integrity is beyond reproach. Her strategic approach coupled with an innate ability to quickly dissect the key messages articulated and then package a strategy in a compelling manner have ensured this two-year project has been both useful and impactful.”
